FINAL SALES: All sales of gift cards, jewelry, body suits,
and items marked as “Sale” are final.
Returns & Exchanges by Mail:
Returns must be sent back to Love Culture within 21 days from the date your
order was originally received. Please note that the Return Label is not
pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping
handling charges are NOT refundable. All returned items must include the
original tags and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
*Customers will be responsible for the reshipment fee if returned
items do not meet the requirements stated above.

Form” section by placing a check mark in the Return or Exchange box. Pack and
seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that the
Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return

swimwear returns must be postmarked to us within 7 days from the date you
received your order. All swimwear must be unused with all of the tags and
hygiene strips attached. Swimwear may not be returned to any Love Culture retail
store. For a bikini set (top and bottom), both pieces
must be returned together. Love Culture will not take a return or
exchange for individual pieces.
Returns and Exchanges
within a Love Culture Store:
may be returned or exchanged within any Love Culture store within the 21 day
period from the date the order was originally received. A refund for an item
that is returned to the Love Culture retail store will be issued store credit
only. We cannot issue cash back or a refund to a credit card. Swimwear and Love
Culture Plus+ cannot be returned to any Love Culture retail store and can only
be returned by mail to Web Returns as described above. Boutique Culture can be
returned only to a select number of Love Culture retail stores. Click here
